We offer 24 hour emergency service. This does not mean that a veterinarian is on the premises 24 hours, but that a veterinarian is available on call to come in at any time. In order to balance work and home-life, we currently share on-call with Seaforth Veterinay Clinic and Clinton Veterinary Services. Call our regular phone number of 524-8287 and your call will be forwarded to our cell phone, or an answering service. Leave a voice message on the answering service, and don’t forget to leave your phone number as well as your name. A veterinarian will call you back as soon as they receive the voice mail. This is usually immediately, but for various reasons can take up to 20 minutes or so. After hours, the phone lines are switched to our cell phone, which the veterinarian carries with him/her. Please leave your name and phone number and a brief message. As soon as the phone receives the voice mail, the veterinarian on call, will phone you back. You can then mutually decide whether your pet needs to be seen or not. There is a surcharge for seeing pets after hours.
