Boarding

We no longer offer boarding of cats, and other species such as birds, on a regular basis. However, we still provide overnight hospitalization as well as long term care when needed. We maintain clean enclosures and minimize animal to animal contact, in order to prevent spread of contagious diseases.

Cats are kept in roomy cages and often are allowed some exercise while their cage is being cleaned.

We no longer board healthy dogs for clients. We have names of boarding kennels and pet sitters in the area , that do a very good job of looking after your dog while you are away. For dogs that do need veterinary care, we have 3 indoor runs that are 3 ft x 8 ft long. These runs have no access to the outside; however, we leash walk your dog twice daily. Leash walking also gives your pet more people contact rather than allowing them to run in and out on their own.

We provide high quality dry food. However, if your pet is fussy, on a prescription diet, or likes canned food, either bring its own food or you may purchase what is needed from our inventory. We provide the pets with clean bedding as often as needed. However, you are welcome to bring whatever you feel your pet needs to make its stay a more pleasant one. This can be its own bedding, bowls, and/or toys. We will accommodate your pets needs.
